Our emergency and critical care services are designed to assist you in providing the very best emergency and critical care services outside your regular business hours. We would be honored to care for your referred patient.

While providing care for your patient at our hospital, we will promptly keep you abreast of the case and will encourage your clients to discuss their pet’s condition with you. We cannot, nor do we intend to, replace the important relationship and trust you have with your clients, and will not provide routine veterinary care to your patient while in our care.

Suppose it appears that a patient may require a complex surgery or other critical care services. In that case, we will make every effort to contact you to discuss the case and determine your preferences for case management. The final decision regarding case management is made by the client.

Records for all discharged patients will be promptly faxed to your hospital.
